This privacy statement is addressed to users of the Patient Journey App website. This privacy statement informs you about the data that Interactive Studios B.V. (hereafter also referred to as “we”) collect via the Patient Journey App website.

Please note: this privacy statement is not applicable to the processing of your personal data via the Patient Journey App.

The user of this website is seen as the data subject and Interactive Studios B.V. is considered the data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data do we process?

By using Hubspot forms, we process the following data through the contact form on the website:

  • Name of healthcare institution

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Your message

These details are used to directly contact you in relation to your question or comment.

By using Google Analytics, we process among others the following data of the users of the Patient Journey App website:

  • Your IP address (masked, cannot be traced back to your personal internet connection)

  • Your internet browser

  • The pages you visit, the order in which you do so, and how long you stay on a page

  • Your location (based on your IP address)

We understand the importance of protecting children's privacy in the interactive world of the Internet. The Patient Journey App website is not designed for or intentionally targeted at children 13 or under. It is not Interactive Studios' policy to intentionally collect or maintain information about persons aged 13 or under.

3. Why do we use this information?

Your personal data will not be used for purposes other than those described above.

4. Who do we share data with?

Your personal data are shared with Google, as they are the provider of the Google Analytics platform. Your contact details are shared with Hubspot, our CRM system, where the contact details are stored and are only visible to us.

5. How long do we store data?

The data is stored as long as Interactive Studios’ Google Analytics account is linked to this website. Your contact details are stored in the CRM until it is no longer necessary to keep your data.

6. How do we secure your data?

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss or any form of unlawful processing. Interactive Studios is an organization certified in both ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 9001 (quality management). In addition, Interactive Studios is certified in NEN 7510 (information security in healthcare). The systems of Interactive Studios are regularly subjected to security tests.

We cannot be held liable when unauthorized parties gain access to personal data due to actions beyond our reach.

This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites or other applications that are linked to this website through links. We cannot guarantee that these third parties handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner.
