Patient Journey App offers support to patients (and their loved ones) during every phase of their treatment. For example, information about their first consult, different types of diagnostics, pros and cons of treatments, optimal preparation to an operation and self-management in the period after discharge from the hospital.
We actively offer this information with push-notifications. In this way all involved are informed on medication use and side effects, risks of the operation and wound- and scar care after discharge. We also offer support with revalidation programs and physiotherapy exercises.
